Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any booking made with LC Weddings, trading as Loddon Cars (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

Enquiries and quotes

Quotes provided via our Quote form, phone or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide (date, venue, vehicle, journey details) and are not confirmed bookings until agreed in writing and, where applicable, a deposit is received.

Bookings, deposits and payment

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you directly and, where required, received a deposit or full payment as agreed. Full payment terms, deposit amounts and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you individually and are not processed through this website.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@loddoncars.com or 01189 321 336. Cancellation notice periods and any applicable charges (including deposit retention for late cancellations) will be set out in your individual booking confirmation.

On the day

We will do our best to arrive punctually and to plan routes using live traffic information. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as traffic incidents, road closures, extreme weather, or third-party actions. Vehicle substitution of equal or higher standard may occasionally be necessary due to unforeseen mechanical issues.

Vehicle use and passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to treat vehicles with care. Any damage caused by a passenger beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the person who made the booking. We reserve the right to refuse travel to any passenger behaving in a way that endangers safety or the vehicle.

Website use

The content on this website is for general information about our services and is provided in good faith, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Vehicle photos are representative of our fleet and specific models may vary subject to availability.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability for any booking is limited to the value of the booking concerned.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
