What information we collect

When you submit our Contact or Quote request forms, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, phone number, email address, wedding date, venue, guest numbers, vehicle preference and any message or details you choose to share.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and deliver your booking, and to keep records for accounting and customer service purposes. We will not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

WhatsApp and telephone contact

This site includes a WhatsApp chat button and click-to-call links. If you use these, your conversation and contact details are handled directly between you and LC Weddings via WhatsApp/your phone provider, subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Cookies and third-party services

This site may use essential cookies required for the site to function, and loads web fonts from Google Fonts to display correctly. If Google Maps is embedded on our Contact page, Google may set cookies when the map loads. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics tracking beyond what is described here; if that changes, this policy will be updated.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email bookings@loddoncars.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.
